Due to rapid social and technological environmental changes, professionals in the ICT sector constantly face the need to update their skills. IndiCaM@ICT (Individual Career Management Tool in the Work Place, for Increased Mobility, Adaptability to Change, and Equal Opportunities in the ICT Sector)
is a pilot project to develop and test an innovative online career management tool that offers opportunities for upgrading of skills and knowledge and managing career to ICT specialists.
Use the tool on two paths:
For having an overview of the portal you can use the tool as a website, especially in the area "Roles" you learn about the whole functionality in different possible roles (logoff mode).
For using the tool for career management you have to click on "Register" (logon mode).
In the area "Resources" general information about career management is available. The "Manual" describes the functionality of the whole Career Management Portal.
IndiCaM@ICT is a Leonardo da Vinci pilot project, where special attention is paid to gender issues, as the necessity to address equal opportunities in the ICT sector remains particularly relevant.
